Haunt Wall Mounted Items. Various different wall mounted objects, all interactive except for the candle holder which was used for lighting. I started the bell puzzle which later on was transferred to another artist who improved the back plate and bell shield shapes; the asset was then passed back to me to texture.

This functional piece of concept art is a proof of concept intended to help me decide that the direction I wanted to take with the environment side of the game was working and a path worth pursuing. The art is made with it's functionality to be used in-game as a focus, the pieces being able to be cut out and placed on a tiling map in various ways. The style is intended to be semi-realistic yet also able to fit with the in-game character who should catch your eye and easily be noticed.

As with much of the art in the game the focus is on a hand drawn style with a slightly cartoon feel but based on realistic world elements. Often pieces are drawn at a higher level of detail than required to account for future resolution changes should they happen.
