Michigan Servants For Christ: Greetings
http://michiganservantsforchrist.blogspot.com/2015/03/greetings.html
Michigan Servants For Christ. Friday, March 6, 2015. Greetings from Cap-Haitian, Haiti. Today was a beautiful day from the very start. The temperature ranged from the high 80’s to mid 90’s; we were extremely hot! Most of the team member’s shirts were soaked with sweat, however with great perseverance, the work went on. We finally finished the multi-level stairwell that we worked on all week at a community complex where widows live with their children. In His service gladly,. US Embassy in Haiti.

Michigan Servants For Christ. Wednesday, March 11, 2015. Not My Will But Thy Will Be Done. We ask, what does a will or heart look like that has been transformed into Christlikeness? How is it to be characterized? Jesus said of himself, and of course He is always the patter, “He who sent me is with Me: He has not left me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to Him” (John 8:29). Minister Pamela was grateful to be able to minister in song at the close of the service. Edifying to the body....

Bumpy dirt roads connect Haiti’s sea level capitol to this community with more goats than cars, more children than schools, and more bellies than food. Outside the concrete block walls housing a church, school, and the clinic, we were greeted each morning by ...

Living a Year of Love. Lord, why do you answer prayers? January 30, 2014. January 30, 2014. January 21, 2014. Flying over Haiti is like flying over Jurassic Park. Seeing the beautiful lush mountains slowly flattening into gorgeous green plains until pancaked just enough to allow the Caribbean Sea to bathe the sandy fringe, yet not seeing the gigantic carnivorous monsters waiting to devour whoever dares to land. Today, the poverty is thicker, the oxygen is thinner, and so are the people. Today we got one.
