Some yoga classes take themselves way to seriously, and this one is all about having fun on the water! Your SUP Yoga instructor will lead you through an hour long series of postures developed just for stand up paddle boards, but do not be surprised if you end up in the water once or twice. There will be time at the end to try more advanced postures or paddle around a bit. 30 per class or $120 for 5 classes. $25 for your first class, or bring someone else for their first time and get $5 off your class!

Before we go into the contest details, we must congratulate Nick Isabella - The #2 Mens Longboarder on the entire East Coast! Nick just came in Second in Mens Longboarding at the ESA Eastern Surfing Championships held in Nags Head, North Carolina. He was the top finisher from the First Coast Florida ESA. Nick got tubed on his longboard in his heats. And he tucked into some thick barrels.
