First Parish Church News. Thursday, May 5, 2011. I've been thinking about moments when God's love isn't as welcome. When I want God to do what I want God to do, for example. When God loves my enemy. When God loves me when I would rather sulk. When God is inviting me into new places. Yet God is persistent!
