Kenji thought that it always seemed impossible for Ridley to get in, grab the baby Metroid and then get out without damaging the station. So we are slightly changing the place to make it a bit more real. That is how we want it to be. The Battle with Ridley will now start on the roof and eventually work its way down. Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Yo, this is Inferno, the second graphics dude on this project. I just finished redoing the mockup that Roderick put up earlier with stuff kenji gave me. Just thought anyone who was following this blog might wanna see it. Also, in terms of completion, we have most of the enemies covered, we only need the Torizo, Mother Brain Phase 2 and Botwoon for bosses and the engine is actually pretty complete to the best of my knowledge. Wednesday, June 3, 2015. AM2R Demo 1.4 Released! After a lot of work (more than I anticipated), here's a nice little update. Acess to a new area. New mechanic: Shinespark with variable height. Tap/Hold Jump while charged. New control option: Analog walking with joypads is now optional. New save format, it can be copied to other computers without issues. Plenty of bug fixes and other improvements. But here we are, one big step closer to finish the game. I'll do my best to attend, at least on the chat room.

Monday, June 22, 2015. Soundtrack 1.41 Update! Finally, the soundtrack received its official update. Now you can listen to the new, improved songs in either lossless or high bitrate mp3s. Also, the soundtrack now features an awesome album cover, made by the talented Zim K. She'll be contributing with custom made promo art for the project. We are so very close to the end of school, soon (After November 15) this game will be very high on my priorities! I am also thinking about going through some other movement engines, and maybe finding some neat ones that I can use or implement. I want the most fluent movements I can get.
