Cole had his 2 month well visit today. For starters, his lungs are 100% clear and he is 100% healthy! The doctor did explain how babies that contract RSV at such a young age sometimes have some catching up to do in the growth department. Cole did NOT have that problem. He is HUGE! He also started vaccines today and got two shots.

Life with Scott and Cole. Just another WordPress.com weblog. September 25, 2010. I am getting back into the habit of cooking all of our veggies each week. Here are the recipes we made last night! This was a great recipe. Very mild in flavor. I would make it again, but use fresh herbs if you make it. I only had dried herbs and I think that it probably took away from the overall recipe. Sweet and Tangy Sauteed Collard Greens. September 24, 2010. Potato and Leek Soup. Roasted Red Pepper Hummos. I made this ...

Good to be home. November 6, 2012 at 10:43 am ( Uncategorized. After some travel delays, we finally made it back. What an awesome trip to China. God did so many wonderful things, it was a privilege to a part of it. He is really moving and the church is growing in China. I saw so many Christians who were excited about their faith, even in the face of persecution. It was a joy to offer encouragement and pray with them. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. January 25, 2013 at 12:48 pm ( Uncategorized. February 2nd is our bi-annual congregational meeting. We will meet at 9:30 for some breakfast snacks and then begin the meeting at 10:00. I hope you plan to attend as we look to the future. The great thing about our family of believers is the congregation holds the power to make decisions. You will have an opportunity to vote on our budget. We will talk about going to a fiscal year instead of a calendar year. January 16, 2013 at 11:00 am ( Uncategorized.

January 16, 2013 at 11:00 am ( Uncategorized. Many people have already asked me about Haiti. They weren’t looking for a play by play of every day. They didn’t want to hear about the food or the warm weather (which was awesome). They just wanted to hear something positive about our work there. That was my greatest joy this week.
