Matt and Martha Donachie. Matt and Martha Donachie have been regular summer visitors at Fish Creek over the years. They visited Hyder several times from 1982 through 1992 and have been visiting Fish Creek regularly every summer since 1995. Some of Matt's photos are displayed on the observation deck at Fish Creek. Janet and Richard Watts. Photo by Sue Ann Gay. We are Richard and Janet Watts from Washington State. We were raised in California, and later moved to WA, so we now have webbed feet. Our first visit to Fish Creek was in 1993. We have visited 7 times since then, spending about a week each time. In 2003 we formed J&R Enterprises which includes our photography and other ventures. We used Sony SLRs until moving to Canons in 2003, and in 2008, we are adding HD video. Spring Cub on Grass. Spring Cub Looking Up.

Photo by Sue Ann Gay. We found Fish Creek by accident in 1993. On our first visit we stopped at the Stewart, B. C. visitor center where we learned about the viewing area and the bears and have been returning nearly every year since. Ed takes still photographs and Lorna makes video movies of the wildlife and scenery of the Fish Creek and surrounding area. Ed and Lorna reside in Washington State.
