Monday, July 27, 2009. Here We Go Again:(. The time has come to prepare for my post treatment body scan to see if the treatment was a success. So that means for the next two weeks I have to be on a low/no iodine diet. That means no iodized salt (which is in everything packaged), dairy products, seafood, egg yolks, chocolate (waaaa! She loves to smile and gab, she only wakes up once at night and she is starting to hold toys and bring them up to her mouth. Love her so much! Wednesday, November 26, 2014. Lillian Sophia turned 4 this month! We haven't ever cut her hair, she says she wants to be Rapunzel! We love her so much and she makes our family perfect!
