Monday, April 28, 2008. We'll, it's been a long bumpy ride to find our dream house, but we are almost to the end. After backing out of one contract, and 2 failed offers, we are finally under contract to buy a new home! We've repeatedly heard, "It'll all work out in the end! The first 24 hours it was on the market, it had 19 showings. Fortunately, we got our offer in quick and they took it! We had our inspection on Friday and nothing significant was found. Thursday, April 3, 2008. This morning we went to our 20 week ultrasound and found out that we are having a healthy, although bashful baby girl!
