Tuesday, August 3, 2010. The Wedge @ 1500 FT. I traveled down to Southern California on business this week. I flew in and out of John Wayne Airport - always a fun ride. They gun the engines to steeply climb to 1000 feet very quickly and then they cut the engines to adhere to FAA rules to lessen noise over the OC. The Wedge doing it's thang!
