Children are encouraged to stay active, improve their cardiovascular health, and build self-confidence. Through our corporate sponsorships and community donations, we provide the children with athletic clothing, tennis shoes, and fitness accessories so they can dress comfortably for the classes. And one in five school-age children has up to six snacks a day.
