Tuesday, January 11, 2011. Nothing Can Stop Me! I have heard every excuse in the world as to why people can’t exercise on a regular basis. I’m too tired! I’m too busy! The gym is too far to drive! I have no money! I have no energy! The Biggest Loser,. You definitely have time for 3 hours a week for exercise. I was at JF4U several nights over the last few weeks. I waited until he shifted himself out of his wheelchair into the incline bench press. I spoke up and asked him if he needed a spot on his set.
