Tis the Season…of running. Marathons and half marathons usually pop up on the spring and the fall. But as the weather becomes warmer and the days get longer, people gravitate more to just running and not necessarily training for anything specific. If you’ve decided to dust off your running shoes and step out on the warm pavement this summer, why not train for a 5K, 10K or half marathon for the fall? I’m just so hungry today! I’ve been hungry all morning! I had my famous protein shake and that didn’t cut it. I then had half a cliff protein bar and that still didn’t cut it. So I’ve been snacking on a handful of almonds. It’s only 10am. Sometimes I just can’t fight my hunger. No matter what I eat, some days I’m just really hungry. And today is one of those days. On days where I can eat a truck load and still not get full I try to workout a little harder and a little longer. My workout plan for today:.
