So here it is…enjoy! Makes 2 bread loaves. 150g dates, chopped. 150g apricots, chopped. 1 lemon, zest. 2 teaspoons of vanilla syrup. 2 teaspoons of lemon oil. 1 tablespoon of coconut syrup. 8 eggs (room temperature). 1 teaspoon (2g) sea salt flakes. Pre- heat oven to 170 C. Line tins with grease proof paper.
