Jason jumps out of bed, grabs some clothes and his high powered torch, to see what is causing that banging noise. He looks around, inside, outside, Sam is still sleeping soundly, back to bed no wiser about caused the noise, but reassured that all is well in our house and home. Get off the car! More bangs as she jumps down to find another place to sleep.
