Revisiting new year’s resolutions. January 2, 2014. I’m one of those people who either doesn’t have a New Year’s resolution or has too many (depending on the year). Last year, my list was:. 2) Read 10 books. 4) Eat healthier food. 5) Learn to cook. 6) Visit 4 museums. Everyday. Las vegas – mid-november 2013. December 20, 2013. I’m trying really hard to get back on the blogging train. And what better way to do it then to blog about Apt 8’s trip to Las Vegas? It was a pretty impromptu trip, but I’m gonna say it was worthwhile! We got to JFK in the AM to catch our flight to Las Vegas – and we were off! I started wondering if I could even feel earthquakes living in the basement of a bar because we had one last week and I didn't. The earthquake did wake up a mouse and get it caught in one of the traps we had set out. 1) Don't go outside. Debris might be falling off of buildings and you don't want to get hit by any. 4) If your house/building collapses, then you're screwed anyways.
