Friday, July 16, 2010. Smokey Grilled Turkey with Bake Potato and Vege Salsa. This receipy has been created while I feel bored with rice. It's simple but yummy. Basic ingredients must be fresh.turkey, vege, and herbs are fresh produce to maintain the freshness and the aroma of the food. Continental cucumber was awesome for the salsa. Extra crunchy but less juicy. You can keep it longer in dressing but it will still crunchy. 1 500 g turkey. 2 1 tea spoon salt. 3 1 table spoon sweet paprika. 2 1 salad onion.

Saturday, October 9, 2010. Sesiapa anak jati Kelantan pasti gemar akan pencuci mulut yang satu ini. Ketupat sotong.emmm rugi kalau tak cuba. Sini saya kongsikan cara2 menyediakan ketupat sotong. Hidangan wajib cuba :D. 1 5-10 ekor sotong saiz sedan (boleh gunakan saiz besar). 3 Gula melaka atau palm sugar. 4 2 sudu teh biji halba. 5 1 biji santan kelapa (100 ml pati santan). 7 Sehelai daun pandan. 1 Bersihkan sotong, dan buang tulang belakang serta ketepikan kepala. 5 Masukkan palm sugar dan secubit garam.

Bahan2 dan Cara Memasak:. 1 2 kilo kepak ayam. 2 5 sudu makan fennel seed yang telah dikisar halus. 3 4 sudu makan serbuk paprika. 4 5 sudu makan madu asli. 5 3 ulas bawang putih dan 2 biji bawang besar (dikisar halus). 6 2 cm halia (juga dikisar). 7 2 batang serai (dikisar). 8 Garam secukup rasa. 9 2 sudu makan sos tiram. 10 5 sudu makan kicap manis. Berikut saya catatkan resepi kalau-kalau teringin merasa atau kerinduan akan yong tau fu Pantai Klebang. 1 Sayur2an hijau seperti bendi, brokoli, dan kangkung. 2 Sayuran2an pejal yang tidak mudah layu seperti bunga kobis, cendawan butang, dan cendawan tiram. 3 2 biji Kentang yang telah dikupas kullit, dipanggang dan digoreng (sekadar permukaan luar menjadi kekuningan). 4 Ketulan daging, paru, hati lembu dan perut. 8 Mee kuning atau beehon.

Mix 1 TB (or 1 pkg) yeast with 2 TB warm water and 1 tsp sugar. Let sit 5 minutes. Melt 1/2 c. butter in 1 c. scalded milk. Add yeast mix, stir thoroughly. To this add and mix well:. 3 eggs, well-beaten before adding. 3/4 tsp. salt. Add 4 cups flour (measure-DON'T USE MORE). Stir well. Cover and allow to rise 5-6 hours. (3 hour minimum). 1 c sour cream.
