Saturday, August 25, 2012. Spoiler alert - the bacon turned out very well. Salty, smoky and fried up nice and crispy. We were all pleased, relieved and a bit surprised that the process was easy and straight-forward with a predictable, positive result. A couple of notes for next time. I'll rinse with cold water more thoroughly.

It’s still a great place for fresh produce and farm-raised poultry and meat. When we visit St. Louis it’s one of our favorite places to visit on Saturday mornings. They looked incredibly hot.
