Simple 48-hour sous vide with s&p and finish in the broiler for a char (no glaze this time) served with a sherry reduced au jus on the side … AWESOME! It really was a hybrid of a nice slow cooked braise and a juicy tender steak, evenly cooked end-to-end (48h@142 )! I highly recommend a sous vide machine. I wouldve taken more pics but damn’it I was hungry! It’s Butchering Time! Double-Cut Pork Chop Done Right!

Inspired by an episode of Triple-D, where this one restaurant (Dad’s Kitchen) layered bacon, blue cheese and ground beef into a single patty and cooked the patty bacon side down until it crisped up before flipping it and created an alepo pepper roasted garlic aioli, unfortunately I didn’t have any alepo peppers and just made a basic garlic aioli and served it on a toasted brioche roll. It’s Butchering Time!

It's all About your Taste. The sandwich has got filling of the deep fried chicken in both of its layers with their special sauce. The burger was big enough to satisfy ones appetite. The burger looked so tempting and juicy. I tried it in Durum bread. They had Pita bread, Turkish Bread and Durum bread choose from. Everything that I tried at Babagoush. The beef patty was nicely cooked. It was neither juicy nor dry. Fries that came along with the burger were quite good.
