It was in our price point for the weekend (unlike Katsu. And I liked the things I read about Arami. Simple, clean sushi with a few signature dishes. No white washed college neighborhood metarolls. Its funny you can work in many places that have people who cook but when you are around people who are either professionally trained or formally trained to be chefs, there is a difference in the whole atmosphere.
