Cats, Coffee and Conversions: November 2015
http://catscoffeeconversions.blogspot.com/2015_11_01_archive.html
Cats, Coffee and Conversions. Tuesday, 10 November 2015. First Kings Of War Mini Finished. Ive just finished this Griffon, and Im quite proud of it. It shows my first (somewhat successful) attempt at non-metallic metal in the form of the silver armour and gold emblem. The Griffon was mostly airbrushed and dry brushed. The lad took a lot more time. Was it worth it? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). First Kings Of War Mini Finished. Mymodernmet:Artist Creates Miniature Worlds Mimicking the Grit. Well first thing...

Cats, Coffee and Conversions: August 2015
http://catscoffeeconversions.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Cats, Coffee and Conversions. Sunday, 30 August 2015. An evening with the Undead. Last night I had the pleasure of sitting down with a few friends to hash out some brutal games of Zombicide. Being my fourth session with the game I felt pretty comfortable with the rules, and so did everyone else. After all its a fairly simple system. . After the preamble for the one completely new player we discussed a few of the fuzzy rules for the returning players. Sunday, 23 August 2015. Warning: Picture heavy post.

Cats, Coffee and Conversions: February 2016
http://catscoffeeconversions.blogspot.com/2016_02_01_archive.html
Cats, Coffee and Conversions. Friday, 26 February 2016. So I may have just opened a proverbial can of worms the size of Texas. Saturday, 20 February 2016. Urban Matz Cobblestone Mat. Just today I received a new gaming mat from Urban Matz. After opening my packaged I eagerly set up my terrain on the more suitable graphic. The FAT-MAT restricted me to organizing buildings into a grid, whereas the nature of the cobblestones allows for a much more authentic Mordheim feel. Check it out! This past Saturday eve...

Cats, Coffee and Conversions: State of the Hobby
http://catscoffeeconversions.blogspot.com/2016/03/state-of-hobby.html
Cats, Coffee and Conversions. Wednesday, 9 March 2016. State of the Hobby. Last night I put the finishing touches on six Elohi. I spent more time on them than I did the line infantry of the other regiments, but much less time than the Marienburger's received. The hoard is growing! Three more units and a couple of characters to go! Empty-Sprue-Mania. Look at all of that PRIME DRAWER REAL ESTATE. Huh I thought there would be more. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Cats, Coffee and Conversions: 2 Evil Guys
http://catscoffeeconversions.blogspot.com/2016/03/2-evil-guys.html
Cats, Coffee and Conversions. Thursday, 17 March 2016. Over the last couple of months I've made a hobby realization: Figure painting is a ton of fun! However army painting is the sort of tedious task that might be served up in hell. With all of that said I have managed to find the time to squeak out these two lovelies. They're metal and they're fabulous. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). State of the Hobby. Some people are crazy. and I reap the rewards! A Fiction in Mantica. Well first things first, an...

Cats, Coffee and Conversions: New Project
http://catscoffeeconversions.blogspot.com/2016/04/new-project.html
Cats, Coffee and Conversions. Monday, 11 April 2016. I've been hard at work painting tons of new miniatures, but I haven't had any time to stop and take pictures of them. The reason for this would be my allotment of free time being completely sucked up by this new project. If you're painting and looking for something to throw on youtube in the background while you work away I give you: The Storyteller: The Streets of Mordheim Episode One. Cats, Coffee and Conversions: Urban Matz Cobblestone Mat
http://catscoffeeconversions.blogspot.com/2016/02/urban-matz-cobblestone-mat.html
Cats, Coffee and Conversions. Saturday, 20 February 2016. Urban Matz Cobblestone Mat. Just today I received a new gaming mat from Urban Matz. And I couldn't be happier with it. If you're in the market for a new mat then I highly suggest at least paroozing their inventory. It's a little bit thinner and lighter than my Frontline Gaming one. I'm wondering if in time the corners will curl easier due to the thickness; for now the lightweight seems to be a boon. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Recently, Ma...
