I wish I had finite plans in place for this little part of the interwebs that I call my own, but for now, I'm still on blog hiatus. I so enjoy going back and reading posts about the kids - their birth stories, their milestones, their day-to-day funnies. But right now, my life seems to require living it in real time, with hardly room to breathe, much less blog. Some day, I'll be back!

And if you know what show that's from, you may just be the perfect girl for my brother! This post is part of Show Us Your Life at. Here is Kyle with my four kids this past July 4th. We all met in Tulsa at my parents' house for a fun weekend. You can tell by those faces that they are a handful, but Kyle is wonderful with them. He sounds like an amazing guy!

Monday, April 04, 2011. I can hardly believe the time has flown already. I remember getting ready to go to the hospital to be induced, and so excited to find out what we were going to have. I have LOVED having my boy! Lucas is such a joy to have and such a happy baby. We had bubbles and presents, apple muffins, and good food. The kids were thrilled with the balloons more than anything. Lucas is still not walking without holding onto something, but he can crawl with the best of them! Happy Birthday, Lucas!

Sunday, January 31, 2010. We went to Build-A-Bear for Gracie's B-day, since she is soooo into bears right now. Her birthday isn't until Wed., but I wanted it done so we could take pictures with our new bear on her actual b-day, so off we went. I don't know if you can see, but Ryan has his blanket shoved up in his sweater, "to keep it safe." He had me laughing so hard, looking like the hunchback. Ryan picked his heart for his bear out, but wasn't overly impressed with making it 'special' . And now for Ran...

She can read simple words and loves trying to sound things out to spell. She can pretty much ride her bike now. She needs a little more work on stopping! She loves to play dress up and baby dolls.
