A Crafter's Chronology: Praying for You
http://ginnyscrafts.blogspot.com/2015/06/praying-for-you.html
2012 Cross Stitch Finishes. Monday, June 15, 2015. Most of the cards I make are inspired by ones I find on the Internet via Pinterest. The original for this one - which I copied almost completely - is found here. I started by stamping two of the designs from Stampin' Up's Flowering Flourishes. Set on off-white cardstock using black ink. I adhered this on a black piece of cardstock along with decorative paper from the Mirabelle. Paper pack by The Paper Studio. Punch by Martha Stewart. http://ginnyscrafts.blogspot.com/2015/07/thinking-of-you.html
2012 Cross Stitch Finishes. Monday, July 27, 2015. On a piece of Soft Sky. I stamped one of the images from Stampin' Up! Using Versafine Onyx Black. I love that stamp set; too bad it's retired. I then cut a piece of black cardstock and punched one long edge using a Fiskars Border Punch; unfortunately, they don't put the names of the punches on them and I bought it long before I realized I should label things. The blue stitched ribbon was a clearance item from Stampin' Up! Again in Black Onyx ink. The Lor...

http://ginnyscrafts.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
2012 Cross Stitch Finishes. Thursday, February 26, 2015. Today's card is a variation on the one I shared here. It's the same size, and fits in a business sized envelope. The background is a piece of patterned paper I had in my stash, which I cut slightly smaller so I had a border around it with a light purple cardstock. I cut one size from the Nested Lacey Pennants. The small circles were cut using the smallest die from Spellbinders' Standard Circles Small. Or heart ( Simon Says Stamp Pillow Talk. Four t...

http://ginnyscrafts.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
2012 Cross Stitch Finishes. Saturday, May 17, 2014. As well as from YouTube; we read Scripture; we prayed; we laughed and cried. It was such a holy experience, unlike anything I'd ever been a part of. And It Is Well With My Soul. We had three specials: Blessed Be the Name, I Will Rise,. And Who Am I? You can find recordings of all these on YouTube. After the service, we invited all the family members back to the house for a light repast. Too bad the investment failed, or I might have kept the receipt.

A Crafter's Chronology: November 2013
http://ginnyscrafts.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
2012 Cross Stitch Finishes. Monday, November 25, 2013. Staying Warm, Or Trying To. Winter arrived with a bang on Saturday. It's cold, it's been snowing, and that's not going to change. It's more like January than late November. As I sit here typing, I am covered with a blanket I finished crocheting over the summer. I had started it several times using one pattern, but it just wasn't coming out right, so after I ripped it out twice, I decided to go with a tried and true pattern. Monday, November 25, 2013.
