Lock n' Load: February 2010
http://katieandjazz.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 24, 2010. So we took Abby to her first show and she was fantastic! Friday afternoon schooling was a little rough since she went over all of 2 jumps. She got her head together Saturday morning and after a quick warm-up she jumped around nicely with only one refusal. The second course was even better. We nailed all the leads, changes and cleared every jump. We were in a class of 20 or so with many horses who had no business being in a baby green schooling class and while we did not get ...

Lock n' Load: January 2010
http://katieandjazz.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 14, 2010. Abby - Week 1. So she's settled in quite nicely and every day she does a little better. When she came she was very nervous about everything. She still gets worried when people she does not know are around but she has become more and more laid back around me. We think on top of being neglected she was abused so there is a lot of work to do with her mental as well as with her weight and training. Monday, January 4, 2010. Abby Here and Doing Well! Journey through horsemanship: Jump School
http://mydriftersjourney.blogspot.com/2011/01/jump-school.html
I purchased a young mare named Drifter in May of 2008. She is a cremello Quarter Horse mare. She was started under saddle in the fall of 2008 and delivered a healthy filly April 11, 2009. Since she came to me with no formal training I am blogging to explore the process of horsemanship, non-traditional training methods and holistic training with this beautiful mare. Laquo; Siedzimy…. Pierwszy wpis ;). Ten wpis dodano 27 maj 2010 o 21:44 do kategorii Uncategorized. So your ...

http://futureolympicrider.blogspot.com/2008/06/my-apprenticeship-in-dressage.html
Impulsion A Dressage Rider's Blog. Monday, June 23, 2008. My Apprenticeship in Dressage. I have just begun reading a book called 'Riding Towards the Light: An Apprenticeship in the Art' by Paul Belasik. It's quite an interesting way to look at Dressage, almost like a blog turned book type thing. Anyway, I think the whole concept is quite cool. Here's a snippet from the back:. I will definatly keep you posted on the interesting parts. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Gang: Me - Yvette, 19, living i...
