Apparently, our seller needs to have a va id number. Who knew? Certainly not us. You'd think that the lender would have anticipated this for us, or knew what to do about it, but right now we are in a bit of limbo. Hopefully this will all work out, and we'll get squared away in time to close. Holding my breath.

We've had some good news, some bad news, but all around, it's just more of a matter of when kind of thing. Trey is back to work this morning, and mom is on her way out for the week. She's going to take care of the kids when we go to closing. She'll be helping us pack too. Kathryn goes with Carl and Ave on Friday for the weekend. Carl has a company picnic and she'll have a blast.

Then we woke up and headed for New Braunfels and a day at Schlitterbahn Water Park. If you've never been, this is the best water park I've ever been to by far. They use natural water from a river to power all the rides. The best rides were these tube chutes that float pretty lazily at first, then you suddenly hit a rapid and fall. Posted by Daron Bilyeu.
