What's happening over at the City Council Meetings. Sunday, December 2, 2012. Levy Limits" a hoax. Even the Journal Times reporter caught it. The obvious hoax played upon us by the Republicans and their so-called "levy limits.". When I watched the tax increase last year I assumed that the debt would have to decrease by the amount of the increase in tax used to pay off the debt.
