Monday, November 24, 2008. 1 scoop protein power ( I use pro peptide. 1/2 cup old fashion oats. 6 egg whites or as much as you need to achieve. Mix well. Use PAM to grease the fry pan. This makes about 2 large pancakes or 3 medium sized ones. You can use E.D. Smith syrup which doesn't have any added sugar or applesauce is also good on them. 1 lb ground turkey. 1 med onion chopped. 1 clove garlic chopped. 2 stalks of celery chopped. 1 small carrot grated. 1 green pepper diced. 2 cups baby spinach.

Monday, November 24, 2008. This is a comforting winter food that tastes great over spaghetti squash or eaten just on its own. I use fresh herbs and homemade tomato sauce but canned is good too. 1 lb ground turkey. 1 med onion chopped. 1 clove garlic chopped. 2 stalks of celery chopped. 1 small carrot grated. 1 green pepper diced. 2 cups baby spinach. 1 cup of roasted red pepper puree. 1 can of tomato sauce. 2 tbsp fresh chopped basil. 1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary. 1 tbsp olive oil.
