While visiting my mom in Grand Rapids, Michigan recently I simply had to do a little baking. Why of course! What could be more natural? I've had lemon on the brain, finding these days of ongoing winter, with some early (dare I say it? Once I have them on the parchment lined baking sheet, I pop them into the freezer for 10-15 minutes to stabilize the dough before baking. Ready for the oven.
