Saturday, October 30, 2010. Whew, 8 weeks later I am finished with the 500 calorie protocol, and am FINALLY on to reset! I ran across an email from Koach Katie back in January 2010, and since then I have lost 90 pounds! Adam and I keep joking that "I've lost a NINI" who is my adorable sister in law who MAYBE weighs 90 lbs when she is pregnant and wet! None the less, 90 pounds are GONE, whoot whoot! Today was my first breakfast and I thoroughly enjoyed my turkey, egg and cheese cups with fresh cilantro!

Okay, so we won't physically see one another, work out together, or hear eachother yell in the gym. Tuesday, January 10, 2012. Yesterday was my first day back at the gym. I dropped off big-bro at the bus stop, then little one at the "Playroom", and I walked through those intimidating doors to meet with a personal trainer! Wednesday, January 9, 2013. I overbought little zucchini, and my family LOVES. Pizza, so I created these little bites of heaven and they were amazing! I made some little round ones for the kids with bits of ham and topped with sharp cheddar, they were greasy and not as yummy in flavor. 1 Cut the ends off of washed zucchini, slice in 1/2 length wise. 2 Bake at 350 on cookie sheet for 15 minutes, until you see sweat bubbles start to form on top. 5 Add mini sweet peppers, sliced.
