Tuesday, July 30, 2013. A school bus passed us this morning while we were out walking the dog. It felt so strange in a way, to not be driving into work myself, full of anticipation. My new job, but boy do I miss these sweet ones! In the spirit of happy memories and fresh starts, here are a few photos from last school year that brought a lot of smiles. From our Number Party. Everybody dressed as a number between 1 and 10… we had a number parade. it was all numbers all day! 8220;Fruits" of the spirit.

Sunday, August 28, 2011. These first weeks of school, the first graders from 1-D have been spending a lot of time learning about the word of God through the bible, songs, prayer, and discussions. I believe very much that when we plant God’s truths deep into the hearts children when they are young, the Lord will bring those truths to mind over and over again as they grow. Thursday, October 13, 2011. Shape Hunt and 3D Project. Before fall break we wrapped up our shape study and completed our TOP SECRET 3D shape project. Monday, January 30, 2012. In 1D we’ve embarked on an Antarctic adventure. It’s been all penguins all day for the past week now that's just is just the tip of of the iceberg (pun intended).
