And other things i love. Looking West →. August 15, 2014. I spent all day taking pictures at the reservoir. Out of fifty or so pictures, my favorite one was taken when I returned home to the afternoon sun shining in the kitchen window. It looks so different from my winter windowsill posted here so many months ago. I live in central new jersey, where woods and farmland is getting eaten away by progress, and the only meadows exist beneath the power lines that stretch like robotic aliens across the green.

And other things i love. Winter update →. January 28, 2015. Fearing the quick loss of light, I jumped behind the wheel and cranked the heat. The window was down, the camera ready. I knew a place nearby where I could see the sky unobscured by trees. When I arrived at the soccer fields, the sky was vibrant. Little yellow clouds puffed across the sky beyond the power lines.
