Array]$work Start-PowerShell Go-Home -time 'Any'. Patch and Switch get Photo bombed at Microsoft Ignite. Asymp; Leave a comment. Here’s the stream from the Microsoft Ignite Edition of Patch and Switch. Keep your eyes open for some Photo bombing that may (or may not have occurred, those involved refuse to admit it occurred). I however have found evidence at 28:00 into the show of a Rogue Tilley being spotted in the back end worn by none other than Rick Claus’ Evil Doppelganger! The truth is finally out!

Array]$work Start-PowerShell Go-Home -time 'Any'. Internet Explorer 11 Enterprise Mode–Introduction. Asymp; Leave a comment. For anybody who has been dealing with issues with Application Compatibility ESPECIALLY rendering issues Enterprise Mode within Internet Explorer 11 *IS* the answer! With Internet Explorer 11 you have a pretty cool option called Enterprise Mode which is one of those big fancy Marketing words for Enhanced Programmable Compatibility Mode (at least that’s how it fits in my brain).

Array]$work Start-PowerShell Go-Home -time 'Any'. PowerShell Module–Managing Local Users and Groups. Asymp; Leave a comment. I was playing about the other afternoon and quickly put together a module on the Technet Script Repository to allow you to manage users and Groups with Windows Powershell. There’s another good one out there written by Ed Hey Scripting Guy Wilson which I ironically found out AFTER I wrote mine. Once extracted you should be able to just run the following Cmdlet to load up the module.

Array]$work Start-PowerShell Go-Home -time 'Any'. Errors running ExportO365UserInfo.PS1 after Staged Migration. Asymp; Leave a comment. Once you have completed migrating a user or users to Office 365 via a Staged Migration you’ll need to change their objects in Active Directory to Mail Enabled objects. There are two pre-supplied scripts from Microsoft which work great for this task supplied here. So if my list of users was in ‘userstomigrate.csv’ I would launch the script in the following manner. I will concede that I may have missed a line somewhere but I don’t think I did. There are several excellent and free documents on Migrating Public Folders to Office 365 such as the one from Microsoft. Or this excellent reference from MSExchange.org. However no matter what I did I ended up with an error like this EACH and EVERY time!

It appears I forgot until this SAME Nameless troublemaker tapped me on the head and said a while later about me doing another one. It seems I. errrr. forgot to do the FIRST Parody.
