I have recently attended an excellent cooking classe in which we prepared a very simple and flavorfull recipe. A Red Kuri Squash. Liquide full cream: 20 cl. Eggs: 6 extra fees. Slice of ham: 6. Cooked chestnuts (optional): 60g. Peel the Red Kuri Squash and cut the flesh into cubes. Peel the shallots, garlic and minced them.

I hold a special place in my heart for La Maison du Chocolat, having had the fortune of having had a meal composed entirely of chocolate while in Paris. I’m not kidding in the least – there were truffles, and a demi-tasse of hot chocolate, accompanied by a bowl full of billowy whipped cream. Oh, and there was a glass of cold chocolate.
