It’s well known that training in the great outdoors results in about a 30% greater workout! Sobey Fitness has put together a new 4 week urban gym workout program which will utilise some of the great urban spaces in the Plymouth area, each session will follow a similar pattern but each session will be different to the last! Sessions run on Tuesday evenings, in 4 week blocks.
