Fresh Start Transitions was formed because of Adele Mahan and Grace Elys love for older adults. In 2005, after Grace learned of the need to have professionals manage the stressful details of relocating to a new residence, the two began working together. They both also enjoyed organizational tasks and a very fulfilling opportunity was launched. Grace now works part time with Fresh Start Transitions, due to her commitment with SIM, Serving In Missions, where she assists retired missionaries.
