http://davaofoodguide.blogspot.com/2013/06/barbecue-boss-is-boss.html
Sunday, June 16, 2013. Barbecue Boss is The Boss! Davao folks are in love with their barbecue. Indeed, you can find barbecue joints at nearly every corner of the city - from Penong's. To Barbecue Boss, each of these restaurants have their unique appeal that suits the taste of our local barbecue lovers. Sounded the perfect choice because I am ...

Davao Food: One Plate At a Time: Tori Grill Review
http://davaofoodguide.blogspot.com/2014/07/tori-grill-review.html
Sunday, July 13, 2014. A new grill/Japanese restaurant has emerged in the city! As self-professed Japanese food lovers, we could not help but get excited at the thought of dining at Tori Grill. The idea of dining in a Japanese restaurant sans sushi is a bit alien but as adventurous foodies (as we like to refer to ourselves now), we were still filled with anticipation. In case you are curious, I got to sample these:. You can add PhP 30 for unlimited rice, miso and salad. We wish to not make any conclusive...

I’ve been hearing about Annipie for a while now but never really had the chance to pay one of their branches a visit… until one Friday night when the boyf was hungry that we decided to drop by before having our gym session. Thankfully, their Malvar branch is just. A short walking distance from the gym and so it was a convenient option for us. October 26, 2012 at 9:30 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Davao Food: One Plate At a Time: Aling Foping's Halo-Halo: My Review
http://davaofoodguide.blogspot.com/2013/06/aling-fopings-halo-halo-my-review.html
Friday, June 28, 2013. Aling Foping's Halo-Halo: My Review. And in the local dining scene, there is no name more well known and talked about as Aling Foping's. Indeed, Davaoenos have equated the word "halo-halo" to Aling Foping's. I had been to Matina Town Square several times before but I was not convinced to visit their humble stall until recently (it took some convincing from the boyf to make that happen). I never expected that I would love the ube as much but I did! Long queue on a Saturday night.

Davao Food: One Plate At a Time: Birthday Lunch at Bigby’s
http://davaofoodguide.blogspot.com/2012/09/birthday-lunch-at-bigbys.html
Wednesday, September 19, 2012. Birthday Lunch at Bigby’s. It’s difficult to find restaurants these days that offer international cuisines on its menu (most would stick with specific culinary cuisines such as Italian, Japanese, Greek… you get the point) and consistently keep its quality. Such is what you can expect when you dine at Bigby’s. This is one of few restaurants that I go to when I want to indulge, gastronomically speaking. Meanwhile, E had their best-seller: Rack-A-Bye Baby. This, too, is ju...

Wednesday, May 8, 2013. Banana Leaf: Bringing Fine Asian Cuisine to Davao. Davaoenos are lucky to get the opportunity to sample their dishes as they open a new branch in SM Lanang. Premier. I got the opportunity to try them for the first time when I went to SM last weekend. And it was surely one heck of a meal, if I must say. First off is their Vietnamese Prawn Ball with Cheese. P 168) for appetizer. This one is a different kind of prawn ball from what I tried at Zabadani Cafe. P 338). The prawns her...
