Stuff about roller derby and fitness. Archive for August, 2012. TBT Sept 1 Goals and rules. On August 31, 2012 by fridabeater. Granted, my metabolism is already fast from the last two TBTs I did, so my six months of plumping up doesn’t mean a lot relative to other people. But I’m very soft by my standards and I plan to change that. 1 Shed body fat. 2 Gain muscle and tone. I really want my muscles to pop. 3 Focus on core strength. 4 Get back into running. 5 Try to do a variety of workouts.

I think I’ll start tomorrow. Salmon with one egg and greens. Two hard boiled eggs. 40 minutes on the stationary bike. Biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Frisky's Total Body Transformation. Day 90: The End. March 30, 2012 10 Comments. I took the time to wrap thing up in detail over at my other blog. In short, I did okay. I did more than I thought I could, then realized that I could do more. So it’s a little disappointing, and a little exhilarating. I’m smaller, faster, and stronger, but not that much better at roller derby. A mixed bag. Oatmeal with raisins and almonds. Two slices sprouted bread with peanut butter and jelly. Spelt pretzels, dried mango.

Stuff about roller derby and fitness. On November 17, 2013 by fridabeater. I’m finding it difficult to blog. For some reason the WordPress website won’t work at my desk. So I have actually been very good with my diet. I have only “cheated” on cheat days. Sorry about cancelling our TBT dinner tonight. I had a case of the runs and Tracy has the achey beginnings of a cold. We decided to go to the Korean Spa and rest our bodies. Unfortunately, I hardly slept today. Power smoothie, two eggs, carrot ginger soup.

I Tisdags for jag till umeå för att hälsa på Anna som jag för övrigt inte har träffat på ett riktigt bra tag. Så de var superkul att få vara där i några dagar och de var även där jag shoppade de här! Allt tillsammans vart endast 450 så de är ju bra! Och sjalen har jag tittat på ett tag så de kändes helt rätt! Behövde även en ny conceler så de vart toppen! Alltid ville hon skä...
