Get me outta here! Von guten Vorsätzen und deren Verwirklichung. August 17, 2015. Mit noch 64 Kilo. Da geht noch was. Vor 2 Jahren, als dieses Projekt startete hatte ich noch 3 Kilo mehr. Ich bin mega stolz das ich es doch wieder geschafft habe. Und Tendenz ist immer noch fallend. Ich bin gespannt, wo die Reise noch hin geht. Es ist der 13. August 6, 2015. Da sind sie nun, 64,5 Kilo! Ohne Sport, einfach nur weniger Kohlenhydrate und weniger süß. Das ist alles. *whoopwhoop*. Es ist der 13. March 13, 2015.
