And later shifted to full depth back squats, currently at 10 rep sets at 80kg. Deadifts, 120kg, few reps. Bench press, 70kg, few reps. 2 So happen came into contact with rock climbing towards the very end of 2007, and became addicted to it. 3 Lost some flabs for good. Gained some strength for good too.

If its easy then its not great anymore. =P. 1 Do 200 push ups straight, by the end of the year. 2 Get a full set of 6 packs by end of November. (as challenged by the TomYamManiac Adelle). 3 Train for rock climbing, and reach the top of the advance wall. 4 Do a full ab wheel rollout. 5 Create a super cool and fully functional website for D2Y by end of March.
