The Brass Family: May 2012
http://thebrassfamily.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Keep up with Jeff, Sarah, Naia, and Fin! Wednesday, May 16, 2012. How to make a raised bed garden. First dig up a 4 by 8 area in the sunniest spot in your yard. Try to convince your neighbors that you truly are putting in a vegetable garden and not burying evidence. Get a 3 year old and 1 year old to do the hard, manual labor. Unfortunately, they get distracted SO easily. Pretty butterfly. Then, go "help" Daddy who is doing the sawing and drilling. Pick up the box of screws and then dump them ALL out.

The Brass Family: October 2012
http://thebrassfamily.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Keep up with Jeff, Sarah, Naia, and Fin! Monday, October 22, 2012. October and Fin turns two! Here's Fin's Birthday Cookie for his 2nd birthday. Now, some might think that I persuaded him to go for the frosted cookie (as it is my absolute favorite), but through no prompting from his mother, he chose that as his birthday cake. I say he has impeccable taste for a two year old. I couldn't just post this picture without the prior one otherwise people might wonder what I feed my kid. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Brass Family: End of Summer
http://thebrassfamily.blogspot.com/2013/09/end-of-summer.html
Keep up with Jeff, Sarah, Naia, and Fin! Tuesday, September 3, 2013. Since we are getting too close to baby's due date to travel to the lake anymore - we decided to go for a hike a little closer to home this Labor Day weekend. Minnehaha Falls are beautiful, local, and at this time of year, we were surprised to see more than a trickle over the falls. Kids loved it. My calves did not. (Can you see all those STEPS! And what is a family fun weekend without some bowling? More pics to follow. We are the Robbins.

http://thebrassfamily.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Keep up with Jeff, Sarah, Naia, and Fin! Wednesday, September 18, 2013. This may be what our family photos look like from here on out. Our other one had Fin's foot sticking up and covering most of our faces. All in all, I think one or two smily faces is a great accomplishment. All of us are doing great. Thank you all for your support and love. Sarah, Jeff, Naia, Fin, and Piper. Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Tuesday, September 3, 2013. And what is a family fun weekend without some bowling? http://thebrassfamily.blogspot.com/2013/01/happy-2013.html
Keep up with Jeff, Sarah, Naia, and Fin! Wednesday, January 2, 2013. We kicked off the Christmas season of celebrations at our house with Grandpa and Grandma the weekend before Christmas. Then we went to Fargo and competed in the Asian Cooking Competition (we won't discuss the results of this year's cooking competition). Suffice it to say, I was handicapped with two kids (Jeff was working) and stuck with the dessert category. Next year.Baby Lucas (and Auntie) came as a really cute Ninja!

The Brass Family: June 2012
http://thebrassfamily.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Keep up with Jeff, Sarah, Naia, and Fin! Sunday, June 17, 2012. Since the Father's Day Blueberry Pie is in the oven (and yes, since I made the crust myself, that does need to be capitalized) - I thought I'd post a few pictures of our hike this morning. We went to Lebanon Hills Park, which is right close to our house. Not all of us were able to hike ALL the way around the lake on their own two legs. Fin likes to run ahead of everyone!
