Sunday, November 2, 2008. We attended our first "real" parent teacher conference this week for Bell. Overall, great. On the other hand, there are some areas she needs help with. Bell is shy. Always has been. I ran into the school counselor (who happens to be a friend of ours) and while talking, she also shared that Bell doesn't talk to her in school either. Access the the beach is limited to the number of parking stalls in the beach lot so I decided to get there early. We arrived at 8:30 and there was only one other car (a guy who was net fishing). Lee was burying my feet in the sand and then I got to bury her. She loved it! The best part about the beach is that everyone can be entertained...

Aloha and mahalo for stopping by. Manoa’s Got Talent. March 27, 2018. Last Sunday, my friend, Hank, greeted us at the Koolau Ballroom in Kaneohe for an evening of fun, food, and entertainment. It was a celebration and benefit for Manoa Valley Theatre on its 50th anniversary. Approximately 250 people attended the event.
