Monday, November 29, 2010. Why is it so hard to let go of hurt feelings? Especially when they are hurt by people you love. Like family members or dear friends. Maybe it's easier to hold onto the bitterness. So you can build a wall of protection around yourself. So you won't feel the hurt again. I know in my spirit that i want to let go.
