Monday, June 7, 2010. Saturday we made our annual trip to the Herndon festival. It was hot, but we all had a a good time. First ride on the swings. I think Anderson rode the cars about 10 times. Ronald gave Kennedy whiplash I think, but she was laughing the entire time. Daddy is a little too big for this one! The giant slide was fun until Kennedy got to the bottom and lost her potato sack. I LOVE a musical. My friend Lisa and I surprised our daughters this past Thursday with tickets to see Mamma Mia at the National Theatre! WE bought the sound track and have been singing ever since! Next on our list is Wicked! By the way, I hope the movie that is released on the 18th is just as good as the musical!

I am actually very close to being done with the actual construction of the house, but I wanted to post some pictures of the progress. I THINK I have been working on it for 3 weeks. (That doesn't include the week I was at the beach.). That's all the pictures I have for now! I did finish the blasted roof, but I have yet to take pictures of it! We got snow, plus a new president! How much better can it get? We woke up to unexpected snow, which thrilled the kids. School was not canceled. Here is a picture showing how they felt about that call. Aretha Franklin's hat got much approval from the preschool age group, that's for sure! Wednesday, January 7, 2009.
