Life and Culture in West Marin. I have lived and worked in West Marin since 1999. Originally an East Coast urbanite, I first fell in love with the area’s stunning natural landscape in the 1980s. Over time I have come to appreciate the region’s (and the residents’) particular brand of quirky charm* that, on first glance, may not be apparent to the casual visitor or day-tripper.
