Sunday, March 8, 2015. I haven't much to say this afternoon. All is quiet and peaceful at the moment, and I relish it. I've been slowly working my way through One Thousand Gifts. By Ann Voskamp. I find her writing style challenging, but profound. I was awed in chapter 4 as she described a ray of sunlight hitting a bubble:. In the light, the sheerness of bubble shimmers. Tuesday, June 2, 2015. Where have we been? Allow me to recap:. There is never a dull moment with these three. Or a quiet moment, for that matter. We've been taking family bike rides. In early May we celebrated three birthdays in three days! Kendry is finishing up his second and final season of T-ball this week. We're trying to stay cool. Trying to look cool. Trying to be cool parents. Workin' on some cleaner eating. So far its going great. Today is only Day 2. Keeping up on yard work. Keep the fun coming!

Although we didn't make an official "Summer 2014 Bucket List", it seems that with each week we've been checking off some fun activities. Family Hike at Elk Creek Falls. This was actually over Memorial Day weekend; although the calendar would say otherwise, I consider Memorial Day the official start of summertime. Jack took his first steps last Sunday evening. Albeit a limited freedom. Wide open spaces 1 adult 2 quick toddlers = unbelievable chaos. I'll be darned if those twins don't scheme ahead of time to run in two different directions as once. Do you hear laughing? Yep, that would be my neighbors watching me. I let out a tiny squeal of delight when this calendar filler arrived.

Very Quick Update :). 6 kids 2 kids = 8 kids. 8 kids - 2 kids = 6 kids. 6 kids 1 kid = 7 kids. Some day's I wonder why I never have time to blog :) With being a newbie to 8 kids and then back to 6 for 10 minutes then back to 7 but I love every minute of it. I really miss blogging tho.
