Turtle or rabbit, we all get there! Sunday, June 7, 2015. I have had THE worst sinus infection! Trust me, I will spare you the gross pictures. But, it was so bad it infected my eye. I couldn't breath. I couldn't sleep. I maxed myself out on over the counter Sinus Infection stuff and NOTHING worked. Finally went do the doctor and got antibiotics. Sweet relief. After 5 days from when I went to the doctor. so. 8 days all together! So, safe to say, I had to stop running for a week. A week off schedule.

Turtle or rabbit, we all get there! Sunday, May 24, 2015. Running plan of attack. What I am doing. Might I add. differently than any other times before. This seems to be working very well for me. For the time being that is. I run every other day. Or, Monday, Wednesday, very short of Friday, and Saturday long runs. My diet is very healthy. I got some salad from the local market this week. Oh how I've missed it! It is so darn good! So, no. I refuse to pay money to run in a parking lot!

Turtle or rabbit, we all get there! Saturday, June 13, 2015. SSHHH* Do you hear that? Lesson for this week- Listen… To… Your… Body…. You truly won’t regret doing this. I PROMISE you! This week, I am trying to get back into the swing of things with the running. A mile Monday blew me out. My next schedule run was Wednesday. I laced up, and while sitting on the couch that morning I thought “you know, I am just physically tired! To push myself today would be a mistake! Today’s run felt awesome!
