I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Been Meaning to Blog. Found this great new website with recipes for moms. Easy Meals for Moms. So far I've made the chicken salad and the tilapia. Both were very good and very easy! Next, I'm going to make the Tex Mex Slow Cooker Chicken. Preschool starts in 1 week! I feel like the house has been piling up around me all summer, and maybe now I'll have the time and energy to tackle some of the clutter and to actually clean.

It was totally empty when we were there (and I was so thankful because I was afraid a busload of schoolkids might be there). So, my kids literally had the "run" of the place.and oh, did they run! Anytime my kids find any relatively wide open space then they go nuts running around. So hard to get pictures! 1 cup sour cream.

Saturday, April 10, 2010. February was also when we had our whirlwind mini-vacation to Disney World. We flew down on a Friday afternoon and spent Saturday and Sunday. At Magic Kingdom and then flew back home on Monday. We've decided that when the girls are older we'll go for a week and hit all the parks. For now, Magic Kingdom. Is plenty of fun for us! Monday, October 19, 2009. Appendicitis for My Anniversary. Greg and I celebrated our 12 anniversary on Sunday, October 4 th. In the ER, be sure to check my appendix. I was given IV meds. For nausea and vomiting and also for pain. They performed a CT scan and told me there was fluid around my right ovary which indicated a ruptured ovarian cyst. Sent me home with prescriptions for pain and vomiting and told me to follow up with my gynecologist. So I did. I called her Monday and said " fyi.
