Gentle Birth combines massage to strengthen, detoxify and relax the body, with hypnotherapy to prepare the mind for birth. Expectant mums learn to deepen the relaxation of the body through breathing and hypnosis to enjoy the birthing experience. Diet and exercise are also explored in order to maintain optimum health for both Mum and baby.
