One of her favorite rolls in life was being a grandmother. Susan was born in Ithaca NY and we drove there within a week. Donny and Kelly were near and had special relationships with her. She was always the first to be asked to take care of them, but always had the option to say no, if Gramps wanted to take her off on any trips. August 1967 to Susan. New Bedford 1999 for Susan and John’s Wedding. 4 grandchildren: Susan, hubby John, Donny, and Kelly. Putting stamps on Wedding Invitations.

A Very Loving Mother. She gave birth to Donald Wesley in March of 1941 and to Virginia Louise in December of 1949. We are bookends to the decade. She spent time as wife, mother, and volunteer to her children’s group endeavors. She belonged to Women’s Club, Book Clubs, and various ad-hoc friends and neighborhood groups. Young Family in Fillmore. 9 yrs later, Mother to Virginia. Emerald Lake, Yukon. Son, Mother, Daughter.

Born in Southern California. In September of 1919 she joined the Robbins Family and officially became Katharine Lucille Robbins in April of 1921. She became the daughter of MacKelvey O. Robbins and Lowell Garnett Robbins. She became a sister to Richard and later to Dorothy. Sept 10, 1919 - 6 yrs. Sept 10, 1919 Richard 7 yrs. and Katharine 6 yrs.

A family collection of recipes from over the years…. Dressings, Rubs, and Seasonings. Mom’s Whoopie Pies. May 24, 2015. 2 egg yolks, beaten. 2 cups sifted flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. Cream together the shortening and sugar. Add beaten egg yolks. SFILLINGift dry ingredients together and add to the creamed mixture alternately with milk and vanilla. Mix well. 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar. 3/4 stick softened butter. 1/2 small jar marshmallow fluff. Leftover Turkey Pot Pie.
