Oreo Muffins and Vanilla Butter Cream Frosting. 120g butter soften @ room temperature. 2 eggs, lightly beaten. 2 teaspoon baking powder. 1 cup fresh milk. 1 cup Oreo cookie chunks. Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate rice. Preheat oven to 190 degree Celcius. Cream butter and sugar until soft and fluffy. Add egg gradually. Beat well. Sift flour and baking powder. Fold flour into the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Makes approx 12 medium size muffins. Friday, August 21, 2009.

She picked the Banana Cupcakes with Cream Cheese frosting. I was so excited that I miscalculated (so sorry Candy ) and end up with 84 pieces only. I made these with 3 portions of Banana Cake recipe.
